Cookie Recipe with organic ingredients
The Holidays are here! It is always a lot of fun to decorate the house and bake with the little ones. My daughter enjoys making chocolate chip cookies. I have a nice recipe that does not take that long at all. Homemade cookies are so much better than the ones you buy.
You can make enough to last few days. When people come over, it takes 8 minutes to make fresh and yummy cookies.
Here is my recipe :-)
2 1/4 cups organic flour
1/2 teaspoon organic baking soda
2 stick of organic unsalted butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of sea salt
2 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
2.Combine the soft butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla
3. Mix in the chocolate chips
4. Bake cookies for 8-10 min at 350
